Your tanks will be picked up and delivered by professional drivers, who have been vetted to ensure quality transport from start to finish.

The Refurbishing Process

During our refurbishing process, each tank is blasted with steel shot which effectively removes old residual paint and rust. This also allows us to inspect the tank for pitting or damage.

Your tanks are painted with Dual Cure 183 Polyaspartic paint, which is known for its exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion, impact, and wear and tear. Because of its high flexibility, it can withstand temperature fluctuations, which prevents cracking, a common issue with less flexible coatings like epoxy. The tank colors currently offered are white, gray, and aluminum. To keep your branding consistent, we will match the tank lid to the colors that represent your company. Your tanks are then re-valved, the gauges are replaced, the tanks are purged and return to you like-new!

Reporting

When we receive a pick-up request, each tank is assigned a barcode that captures the data plate information: Serial number, Tank Size, Manufacturer & Manufacturer Date. We also include the Pick Up Date, Pick up Location, Returned Date, & Returned Location. These reports are emailed to the point of contact for all incoming and outgoing loads.
